I recently had to take our dog to the vet for dental surgery, and our claim was submitted and approved and finalized within 10 days with the online MetLife app. We are so grateful to have our pup with MetLife Pet. Our first experience with pet insurance. Glad we made the decision to insure our two kittens as one incurred a serious issue requiring weekend emergency surgery. Claim process was straight forward and completed in 2 weeks by direct deposit payment. No surprises and customer service personnel are excellent.
