Excellent customer service
I started my journey with Fetch Pet Insurance by completing an online quote. Followed up by phone to inquire about the AARP discount. Aileen was excellent to work with. She had all of the quote information available and answered my question about the AARP discount. Unfortunately, when I tried to give my AARP number to Aileen, wallet wear and tear rubbed all the numbers off the card. She was very patient as I tried other ways to get the number which I was not successful in doing. She was able to find another discount that matched the AARP discount and applied that to provide me with a final quote. I was very happy with the final numbers and am now part of the Fetch Pet Insurance family thanks to Aileen's excellent customer service and providing a great experience.
