Great phone service!
Representative on the phone was very helpful. She spoke clearly and was knowledgeable about coverage. I have two dogs enrolled now. Thankfully they haven't needed emergency illness or accident care yet. I have peace of mind that I would have assistance paying a bill if they did. My veterinarian office recommended Nationwide for pet insurance.

Initially I called about a few questions regarding a quote I had for my cat. Bobby was more than helpful at answering my questions. I was able to sign up through the customer service number which he made seem less. It’s awesome how I could choose a date in advance to start my pet insurance!
