As a former Territory Partner for Trupanion, I was extremely pleased with the sign-up process at Embrace and the coverage options. My daughter is an emergency room veterinarian, and she found out about Embrace from fellow employees. She recently had to utilize the policy due to her dog being bitten by a rattlesnake. Embrace came through as promised. This sealed the deal for me when adopting my new puppy.

Loyal customer and Great service
I’ve been with Pets Best for almost 3 years now and recently added our new puppy. I’ve never had an issue with claims and their site is so user friendly. I love how they also provide chat veterinarian services which I’ve used a few times while waiting to get ahold of our actual vet. Their reimbursement and claim process is so easy and their EOB is very straight forward. I always recommend them to friends and family looking for a good reasonably price pet insurance.

Long claim time, poor communication
So far not too impressed after switching from Figo. It took over two weeks to have any communication regarding a submitted claim and nearly three weeks for the claim to be processed. I have the top tier wellness package and they didn't cover the vaccines, which are clearly covered with the package. I emailed to ask why and only have received an email back asking me to leave a review, rather than answer my question. Not a good look.
