I am very pleased with Spot pet…
I am very pleased with Spot pet insurance. The coverage is just great and I get a really quick turn around on getting reimbursed. I’ve had pet insurance before and I knew what to look for this time around and I am super pleased. My dog had a recent surgery and I disagreed with the amount that was paid out for my claim. I reached out through email questioning the decision made on what was being covered. After Spot investigated my claim it was indeed a part of the surgery that should have been covered. I agreed with Spot that my veterinarian coded the service incorrectly which flagged the procedure to not be covered. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.

Great claim experience from Pets Best!
It's hard to have a sick pet, so it really helps to know that Pets Best is there to help with the financial part. It makes a huge difference! The claims process was very easy and the payment was quick. I'm so appreciative of the great service!
I've used healthypaws for my dog
I've used healthypaws for my dog, Zeke, and for my last Dog, Donovan. Their rates are competitive, but that's not the only important thing. Sadly, I have had several claims with my dogs. healthypaws has the easiest and most efficient processing and user-friendly platform. I only wish the claims process was as easy when I have my own health issues.

Embrace has covered my dog, Luna through two skin cancer operations with no problems. My last claim was $2100.00, and it was processed and paid in five days! My pet's insurance is handled better than my own health insurance.

They help me pay some of my bill. but I think it is very expensive. A lot of the time they don't pay at all. But it's better than noting.

I have pet insurance
I have pet insurance. They deduct $250 per year for maintenance. And they are supposed to return 80%. In the end, they only returned $500 out of $1,600. They don't answer in the chat, the phone number doesn't work. They took $250 twice. And the rest of the amount was calculated in an unclear way. Out of a claim of $450, they returned $7!

I am so happy with Embrace
I am so happy with Embrace. I took my Miniature American Shepherd to the vet because he wasn’t eating any food, to which we attributed to anxiety. The total charge was $533.68 including the Exam/Consult, Biohazard OSHA Compliance, and all of his vaccinations and medications- including his annual vaccines. This was all covered by Accident and Illness plus the Wellness Rewards in full. It took a total of 21 days for the entire process, the longest of it being the vet’s response to my claim with Embrace, but the app kept me updated with every step. I am happy and satisfied. Thank you Embrace!
