Fast and Easy! my only concern is that, because my pets are almost 15ys old, that Fetch will increase my rate and decrease my maximum even though I haven't had a "major" claim on this pet until now and I've been paying for Fetch insurance since my pets were 10 weeks old.

Do yourself a favor! Get pumpkin.
I'm always telling all my friend pet owners to get pumpkin insurance. They have saved us on a number of occasions as our cat has had more than his fair of unexpected illness/trauma.
