Well… WOW!!!!!
I am completely blown away by my experience with pumpkin, the customer service is superb and my claims have been handled so fast!!! The first one which usually takes the longer was actually only 10 calendar days and the two after that less than 24 hours!!! I couldn’t believe it… I added the doctors notes, which was just a phone call and they emailed them… I think that may have helped, but never did I expect such fast process!! I am telling every pet owner I know that they should have pet insurance and I highly recommend pumpkin

Cancelled my car insurance due to a monthly increase of $91. Called them and they told me they’d still take the money outta my account for the next month even though I cancelled. Told them I’d ensure no money was in that account and I’d tell my bank to cancel all payments to sonnet! Sonnet said they wouldn’t take the money and wave any other fees due to the cancellation and I’d receive a refund of $16. Well, they stole $328.43 from my account for August. After stealing money from my account Sonnet should be calling me apologizing and returning the money they stole from my account

Claims Mixed Up
Getting claims mixed up between my dogs, taking a while to get reimbursement, asking me to answer questions way beyond the need to prove I was correct to submit a claim for reimbursement. Your claims page is too confusing - and your emails regarding a claim has been approved should name the dog and their policy number.
