I’ve been a customer of Pets Best for 6 years
I’ve been a customer of Pets Best for many years. I had some ice damage on my house this winter which caused extensive unexpected expenses. I was late paying my premium and the cancellation date was April 9. I tried to pay it on the evening of the eighth, but the payment wouldn’t go through so I called the morning of the ninth and they told me my policy was already canceled and there’s nothing they could do. They sent me a letter saying that my cancellation date was April 9 but that if I called by April 24, my policy could be reinstated. They completely disregarded the date on the letter and said that they were canceling me today with no review. They said that they legally couldn’t reinstate me even though I have a list of names of people’s policies that they have reinstated after I posted a Facebook post regarding this situation. Then they said they couldn’t reinstate me because of late payments but they’ve always been paid, even a few late payments over the years have always been paid within the grace period. They won’t give me a reason why they will not continue with my policy and they were incredibly heartless. Erin, the manager confirmed that it’s not that they can’t reinstate the policy. It’s that they won’t. When I asked him if that’s what he said to confirm, he said “Yep” Between the extensive damage on my house that I have to deal with now on top of the fact that I’m having cancer surgery in three weeks, Pets Best also gave me this to now deal with. After all these years of being a loyal customer, they give me no reason why they won’t reinstate, even though they sent a letter stating that they could. Pets Best is not about caring for your pet. Pets Best is all about money. Do not use them for coverage if you care about your pet. Had I known they were gonna do this near the end of my dog’s life I would’ve never signed up with them in the first place and of course now it’s impossible for me to get him other coverage. Pets Best assured that my dogs quality of life and the length of his life will be decreased. He has Cushing’s disease so they have also insured that he is going to suffer. Pets Best does not care at all about your pets.

Excellent Coverage and Fast Reimbursement
I recently had to take my cat to the vet for a serious illness, and the bill came out to over $1,000. I submitted the invoices to Embrace Pet Insurance, and they quickly followed up with the pet hospital. I was so relieved when they reimbursed 90% of the cost without any hassle. Their service was fast, reliable, and truly a lifesaver during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Embrace Insurance for your pets strongly enough.
The five star rating is deserved for all the reasons indicated. Claims are paid quickly and monthly payments are affordable (at least at this point)

Don’t use embrace pet insurance
I contacted the better business bureau today to ask if in one year time a month payment can go to $84 to $217 a month as I’ve been with embrace and loyal for 9 years and for the first time I received back $200 and this is how much my monthly payment got raised. There should be a law on how much of a percentage can be raised year to year, I will look into this because if there is not a law I will fight for one for pet owners. I don’t recommend embrace to anyone. If a pdf could be attached I would show proof the the price increase. This amount raised is ridiculous. This is what you get for being loyal.
