I no longer have sonnet insurance
I no longer have sonnet insurance, but sonnet insurance you have a lawsuit coming. An employee of yours has been harassing and texting me personally. They claimed to hurt me. This employee of yours said my address and my license plate number. I still have all the messages. I will be going to my lawyer with all the messages. You guys are done! That is very unprofessional and disgusting for your employees to be doing that.

Not honest
I brought my dog to the vet because she was eating grass vomiting diarrhea constipated. Tests we taken and doctor explained that she was eating the wrong food and i received a prescription for a dog food he recommended. He also gave me medication for her intestines. It cost $650. Pets best insisted it was a wellness visit.. I told them my dog got her shots for 3 years..she's 2 years 8 months. Why would I bring her in for a wellness exam. They told me to appeal a have further evidence

Second time turning in reimbursment claims
This is the second time I have had to file a claim and both times has been very easy and Ive been reimbursed in a timely manner without any problems at all. I've very happy with Fetch and plan to keep it for the life time of my two cats.
