Quick to deny every claim
I went with Trupanion for many years and opted for Pets Plus because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Trupanion were a dream to deal with compared to this company.

With an active dog, we have ear problems every year allergy season hits and she starts swimming in the rivers. With one visit to the vet, we are able to almost meet our deductible, which gives us confidence in taking her in every time we think there's a problem. Have not filed claim yet but so far customer service is great
I have not filed a claim yet, but their customer service when signing up is really thorough. I felt I fully understood the policy before payment, unlike other providers. I then got a really clear document emailed to me that explains the policy. I asked one follow up question and got an immediate email answer. So far very happy, and the price is very reasonable.
