I have had Pets Best for years
I have had Pets Best for years. They recently got bought out by another company and it has gone completely downhill. I can't recommend them anymore. I would switch my cat to another insurance if I could but he has pre-existing conditions so I have to keep them. All future animals will go on another insurance plan with a company that is not owned by this corporate outfit. The customer service is terrible- it used to be outstanding. They don't care anymore. I filed a wellness claim and they reprocessed it again incorrectly. I am done calling in and dealing with this. In the past wellness and illness claims could be sent together and they knew how to process it correctly- now they don't know what they are doing with claims or even what your policy includes. If you are looking for a good pet insurance- look elsewhere.

MetLife Pet Insurance - Positive!
I just posted a negative review of MetLife Life Insurance. The same cannot be said of MetLife Pet Insurance. I submitted documentation about my dog's illness and was paid within a few weeks. No stalling. When calling I always get to talk to a person and all of the customer service people I've talked so far were extremely helpful and pleasant.
