When we first called to get more information the representative was knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions. The app is easy to use whether it be to speak to a vet 24/7 or file a claim. Claim reimbursement is quick. Highly recommend Metlife Pet!

Easy and fast claim processing
Receipt submission was very easy and the claims were settled with payment deposited in my account within days. My dog’s surgery center was able to submit directly. I received a text that the several thousand dollar claim had been approved before the front office staff could walk back to the room to tell me a couple of minutes later. Amazing!!

Price for unlimited coverage was great.
The price for unlimited coverage with 90% payout and a $1000.00 deductable was what got my attention.The reviews were good enough that I took a chance with PP.Of course they were great signing me up,time will tell if they are worthy.6 month old female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.Miss Winnie Pooh!!
