Satisfied Customer Over Multiple Years
This was my first experience with pet insurance and we have now had Pet’s Best for a few years now. We chose a plan with a high deductible and didn’t need to submit any claims for multiple years. That changed when my dog was later diagnosed with a chronic disorder. The reimbursements have been consistent and timely I can easily submit claims online or through the app and receive an explanation of benefits each time. It takes less than 5 minutes to submit a claim and they are processed quickly. While the price for insurance does rise each year due to my pets getting older and healthcare inflation, the increases are reasonable and have not prompted me to look elsewhere because I am treated so well here.

Highly recommend! Especially through Costco
We purchased Figo pet insurance using our Costco benefit and highly recommend them. Figo has had our back throughout our dog's life! They are super responsive and always helpful when I have questions regarding our policy! They honor their policies and are usually quick to process our claims. We have been very happy with them :)
