I'm honestly just so happy to have a insurance policy that ACTUALLY pays out my bills, even if it's expensive. My dog had a tumor on her skin and we were worried about the cost, but Pets Best covered a huge portion of it. I know that for any future pets or friends who want recommendations, I'd go with you Pets Best!

Do not purchase Pets Best
I had pets best insurance for almost 5 years for both dogs. I have never filed a claim until my dog had to have surgeries not expected. The bill came to $6000 and pets best denied the whole claim. There were no pre-existing they went by comments that the veterinary, and made when she was giving education about the dog breed.. I wouldn’t waste my money on pet insurance ever again

I signed up for pet insurance on a whim a few years back after a nail clipping incident that led me to a deep internet dive about nail conditions that my dog may develop. I thought I would need the insurance for this condition (that he never ended up getting thank god) or for an emergency, never imagining that we would receive the awful diagnosis of canine cancer. Because of Pets Best we were able to pursue the most effective treatment without second thought, knowing that the costs would not bankrupt us, and now our sweet Rottweiler is in remission. Filing a claim is easy and reimbursement is generally quick. If there is ever a delay, then it is communicated. I wholeheartedly recommend Pets Best!

My great experience with Healty Paws
I got Healthy Paw insurance since I got my dog Vinny. It was in 2014. I am really happy that I made this choice. Was never disappointed. I submitted a lot of claims and all of them were processed quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful to everyone who works at this company for their hard work. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Healthy Paws insurance. I have recommended and continue to recommend this insurance to all pet owners.
