Justin W. responded to my call inquiring about the details of insurance coverage for my cat, Nala. Through the years, I have had at least 1 cat, if not more, and am absolutely aware of costs of getting the best care possible for my cats. While I have had cats, I have never had pet insurance. With costs being so high for many vet services, I decided that this time 'round, ensuring best care for Nala means having insurance to keep her health in check. Justin W. was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He advised me of the benefits available, and ensured I understood the specifics of the policy re coverage for my fur baby. After answering all my questions,the call concluded with me having peace of mind knowing if Nala needs medical attention, she will get it without it causing hardship to either her or me. Insurance or not, she would get whatever help she needs, but knowing I have coverage to help with her needs gives me peace of mind. Thank you Justin for your kindness, and patience.
