My original contact w Pumpkin did not go well, I reached out to cancel then recd email response asking for details. I replied but i never heard back. A young man reached out to me eventually and he was most helpful and professional. I am hopeful this will be a good experience, it is my first time to have pet insurance.

Thank God for Spot Pet Ins
Diesel my 7 year old Chihuahua became quite ill on Friday May 29th. He stopped eating and drinking. That night he began scream-crying due to horrific pain. Sat morning he couldn't lift his head. I thought he was dying. I took him to an Emergency Animal hospital. X-ray showed a small square object in his stomach. Once surgically removed, the vet noticed irritation on his intestine. She opened to find a foreign object blocking any bowel movement. My vet bill was $4213.61. Submitted a claim on June 1 and received payment on June 11. After deductible, Spot Pet covered 80%. My cost: $1242.72. Thank God for Spot Pet insurance. Thank you! Thank you!

Pets Beat is the best insurance I have ever had. Before I was using different pets insurance and their service was so poor and irresponsible that was the reason I chose Pets Best and I did the best choice. Their service is wonderful. I would recommend Pets Best to everyone!
Best decision to get our pet insurance!

Denys claims
You have denied claims and my vet, my agent who sold me the policy, and I have spent months and hours giving you everything you ask and you still continue to deny causing additional stress and wasting time. Extremely poor customer service, and false advertising. Pay what you owe, as it is not fair to deny claims and even when we call they don’t understand why.
