Good overall
At first we had some issues with pre-existing conditions, coverages, etc., but things have been running smoothly lately. As long as you know the pre-existing conditions (because they are stern on those), you won't be disappointed. Quick turnaround on claims, reasonable overall.

Efficient and Easy Claim Process
It’s very easy to submit a claim with MetLife and they are fairly quick with their processing. I like that I’m only asked to provide documents from the vet and I don’t have to reiterate any vet visit notes. It takes a lot of the pressure off

Ask questions if you have any. Josh my representative was knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I understood. I recommend Fetch and Josh should be acknowledged on his wonderful mannerism!
