I have had great experiences with Trupanaion ever since I first signed up with my other dog Danny almost ten years ago.
I have had great experiences with Trupanaion, ever since I first signed up with my other dog, Danny, almost ten years ago. It's easy to submit a claim, or to have your veterinarian cooperate with Trupanion to have your claims paid directly to your vet (only paying your portion at checkout)! When I have questions Trupanion is always quick to answer the phone and help me find a solution. I recently signed up for a Trupanion plan with my certified guide dog and had a question about how vet services specific to the work she does are covered. Mindi, the customer service representative, put me on hold and got an answer for me immediately. Trupanion is a great company that is helpful and respectful to me as a customer, and is my partner in keeping my dogs healthy.

Signing up was easy and convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this insurance to friends and family as I did a lot of research and the coverage for the premium quoted was definitely one of the best.
