i have Pets Best since 8 weeks old, i have compared many insurance companies like all insurance they will not cover preexisting condition. They are good price and they included pay of office visit and rechecks which is great for sickness or illness and they have only a year deductible not by claim. if you need pet insurance then get when puppy most important dont wait till older. I never did pet insurance before but today there are some many companies out there but you really need to compare and read and watch. I have 90 percent pay back and 200 year ded and i pay 33.00 a month for a mixed breed. when you get into certain breeds they are more expensive also. Pet best have paid all my claims and rechecks and they pay within 2 weeks also. I AM GLAD I HAVE THEM. i dont do wellness plans it not worth it to me

I purchased Pet Insurance with the hopes of never having to use it. Every issue has been quite easy to deal with as my vet submits the paperwork and I eventually get a cheque. They do have a direct deposit option which I should fill out to speed up the process. It feels good knowing that the coverage is in place and that my Doodle will be taken care of.

I want to express my deep appreciation for Healthy Paws, who came to my rescue when my dog was hit by a car. Healthy Paws was absolutely exceptional. Their compassionate customer service team provided invaluable support during a very distressing time. They processed my claim quickly, ensuring immediate medical care for my dog. Healthy Paws covered most of the medical bills through their "direct pay" service. This meant I was not paying all of it out of pocket and they paid the hospital directly. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner. Their care, support, and financial assistance was outstanding and made all the difference in my dog's time of need. This is the first pet we put insurance on out of four schnauzer, we are so glad that we did, it has been wonderful & rewarding to save some money. i am glad I decided to get this. Since I have started this insurance my dog has had ACL surgery, started sort of seasonal allergies and has had a clogged tear duct procedure. Usually we are only at the vet on a year for shots! This saved me so much money for all that unusual stuff that happened this year.I have been telling all of family and friends to get it.

I recommend Trupanion for pet insurance and dr Cindy Boutin and there staff at vétérinaire Valmont in Repentigny they are amazing and caring

PetsBest makes false statements on their website just to get clients. They are not the fastest company at processing claims, as I have over 8 years with another pet insurance company proving PetsBest month+ long waits at processing claim is NOT the fastest! Their employees are unqualified for the proven fact they tried denying my claim that the pets name and and service dates where not listed on the invoice.....WHICH THEY CLEARLY WERE!! Their staff members can be rude and will hangup on you and when you try to get the name of the rude employee that likes to hangup the phone, you are refused that information and refused to be connected to that person. PetsBest does not have adequate trying for their employees, making the statement on their website about having well trained staff another false statement. They also do not post real representation of customer ratings, making them deceive clients to get more business. I would NEVER recommend such a deceitful, lying and corrupt company to anyone!! Do your research and def. do not choose PetsBest!!!

I bought pet insurance last year when I rescued my dog. My cousin highly recommended Healthy Paws. I could not be happier with Healthy Paws! My dog was unexpectedly sick, requiring a lot of tests, and then I had to take her in for an emergency vet appointment when she ate chocolate from my purse. I didn't have to worry about the cost because of my pet insurance. The whole process is seamless - I upload my vet bills through the Healthy Paws app or website and they promptly issue the reimbursement.
