Very unsatisfied
Your claim process has been incredibly frustrating. I submitted a claim on 5/20/25 and even though I submitted further required data on 5/30/25, the claim still has not been processed. You expect me to pay my monthly bill on time, yet you are in no rush to process a claim or send a check to your customers. Not too mention, I can't help the way the veterinary office writes their notes, and yet if it's not in the exact format you want, then the customer gets penalized.

Very impressed, great service
Very impressed how quickly they processed my claims. One of my dogs got sick and underwent expensive tests. My claims were paid right away which helped enormously given the stress of having a sick pet, this was one less thing to worry about.

A relief while going through the worst...
I have had them since my old man was 6 months old and they are excellent! I recommend them all the time! Finally having to use it now, sadly, but they have been super kind during my guy's treatment, and they review and pay quickly, which is so helpful when you are paying large amounts for cancer treatment!
