A Valuable Companion
Truepanion has been a valuable companion for my pets' health throughout our journey. Dealing with liver issues with my Shiba Inu and Cancer with my Cavachon has not been easy. Extreme increase in premiums
Extreme increase in premiums this year!!! My dog is 15 years old and I started her on the insurance when she was 10. Had steadily increased a little over time but this year they nearly tripled my premiums. If you have an older dog look elsewhere or really compare with other plans. Very deceptive and didn't even provide proper justification for increase or when I asked for the decision that it was based on.

Filing claims is so simple with MetLife Pet Insurance! I love how it always starts with asking if my dog is ok. There is very little I have to do and I always get reimbursed more than expected for things we are already paying for!
