The representative Daniel was generous…
The representative Daniel was generous and confident to inform me about the the process. I took the decision to get the insurance right away because I sense that he was a trusted person. Smooth transition and I was happy after he discussed the insurance in such a way to make me feel comfortable and be insured by my new baby ( the Napper ).

Pets Best lifesaver
"It has been a hard spring for our family. First we found out our older Akita mix had bone cancer which lead to a rear leg amputation. The vet felt we could get another year or so of life from her with amputation since her other back leg was solid and the cancer had not spread. A week after the amputation devastation happened, she developed GDV (bloat) and could not be saved. At the same time our shepherd mix got into a tangle which we thought was a cat (but vet thinks dog) and developed a serious leg infection. These two things were happening simultaneously and the vet bills grew. We are still fighting the infection 5 weeks later. Pets Best was quick to respond to our claim. We are thankful to have had Pets Best as our pet insurance for the past 5 years. "

Marley’s Story
"I was born on July 15-2025. I'm a (parti- ) miniature schnauzer. I'm a black and white spotted dog!! My new adopted Mom, Deb, came to pick me up on September 25-2025. I fell in love immediately. My new BFF Nicole(Deb daughter), also came that day. I was so happy and they seemed very happy too. We traveled for about four hours back to my new home in rural Oshkosh, Nebraska. Deb insured me right away and the took me to the Vet Clinic 45 miles away, for more shots and a well check. We returned to the Vet Clinic because I wasn't gaining weight and had stomach issues. So they took tests and gave me medications. This went on for a few months with not much improvement. Then I suffered a dog attack( a very large dog, tried to use me as a chew toy). Off we went to the Vet Clinic and the doctor told us I was very lucky to have lived! I had surgery and they closed up all my holes. I had to spend the night. The next evening I was able to return home!! My BFF, Nicole is a Vet Tech, so I was very lucky. She had to bandage me. It took about six weeks to recuperate. I had another surgery to close up my largest wound, Meanwhile I still had stomach issues and had to frequently vomit with very little weight gain. They preformed more tests. Finally my Vet recommended some special testing be done. We had to travel for 3 hrs to Ft Collins, Co. we went to Colorado University Veterinary Hospital. It's a great big place and everyone was so nice! The took a bunch of test and they changed my food and told us We had to travel for 3 hrs to Ft Collins, Co. we went to Colorado University Veterinary Hospital. It's a great big place and everyone was so nice! The took a bunch of test and they changed my food and told us to wait for the test results. They suspected a thing called a liver shunt! We travel back home. They called with the results about a week later and said I would need surgery. They scheduled it for a couple weeks out ano then we knew we had to travel back to Colorado again. I like my Nebraska Vet friends but now I had Colorado friends too. The time came for me to go to Colorado for my surgery. It was scheduled for a Monday morning on May 4th. I had to spend the night in the hospital. I was released the next day, we stayed in a hotel that night to be safe so if I had problems, I could go back to the hospital. We got to travel home on on May 6th. I have to follow my doctors orders and don't get to play or move around a bunch for the next two weeks but I'm hopeful everything will be great. I'm on my road to recuperation l am ever so thankful that my mom had the insight to get good insurance or l wouldn't be here today!! That's my story so far."
