700 deductible too! ya right!!
43$ per month is what i recieved at the highest end with 500$ deductible.

Peace of mind with Trupanion
Trupanion doesn't cover my dog in the same manner or breadth that my health insurance covers me. It's largely something that would help pay for veterinary care after something extreme. It's the first time we've have veterinary insurance in the 40+ years we've had pets. So far -- thank goodness -- it hasn't been worth it from a monetary perspective. Our last dog died suddenly from a tumor in his heart that caused serious complications when it eroded through the heart wall. We only knew this happened because he was hooked up to a heart monitor and then had an echocardiogram -- both very expensive procedures for which we had to pay out-of-pocket.

Trupanion has always been there for me and I would tell everyone about it. They were fast with my claims and they were very understanding and willing to work with me when my dog broke her jaw.
