For the time I was with Figo Pet Ins.
For the time I was with Figo Pet Ins., they made timely reimbursements and explanations, they were readily available to help by phone and in person. In the end, when my pet was sick, passed away and the bills were soaring, they made quick reimbursements. It was a big load off my mind. I have and always will recommend Figo Pet Ins. Fast, reliable, reasonably priced, trustworthy pet insurance company
Healthy Paws had a quick review and reimbursement payment of claims after my dog went to the emergency animal hospital for advanced pneumonia for several days that resulted in a very expensive stay. I was able to pay for services before charges hit the credit card. There was enough stress as to whether she was going to make it to not have to worry about costs of medical bills to keep her alive and then recover. My dog is doing very well now. Healthy Paws even checked in with me after my dog returned from the hospital to see how she was doing afterwards. I highly recommend this pet insurance to anybody as it was also reasonably priced and was worth it for peace of mind and return on investment for a beloved pet and they actually cared as did not have to reach out afterwards. Thank you so much again!

You guys rock! I put in the estimate ahead of time before my cats procedure, got it approved. When the time came to submit the paid invoice and the medical records of the procedure I was paid so fast. The next day I was reimbursed back and paid my credit card. Thank you! Made my life easier.
