Given that many of us are working from home these days the claims people at Trupanion are doing as good a job as possible.

I only wish they had called me after they had difficulty getting in touch with our vet instead of me needing to call them to check the status of current claims. All was resolved, so all is well.

I chose 10 because the associate answered all my questions and suggested a pre approval so that there would not be surprises when it came to assessing my pets coverage for her dental injury.
I chose 10 because the associate answered all my questions and suggested a pre approval so that there would not be surprises when it came to assessing my pets coverage for her dental injury. I was sent back a reply after submitting my preapproval within 24 hours (much faster than I anticipated). Our procedure appointment is in 2 weeks and I hope that claim submission and response for approval/payment is just as smooth as the pre approval.
