I tell everyone about Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws is the best. I tell everyone I know to get pet insurance. It’s seriously has saved us. Our dog has now had 3 major surgeries and 3 minor procedures (which had to be under anesthesia so it still expensive) in four years. We are a young couple and probably would have had to put our dog down if we didn’t have insurance. Healthy Paws has been so easy to work with. Filing a claim takes seconds and I get a check within two weeks max. I cannot day enough about them. You won’t regret going with them. Super caring and easy to work with.

Great service at a good price.
Figo is a great major medical type of insurance for your dog. It’s important to make sure your vet sends them all your pet’s records so they have them on file and current, but once you file a claim, they pay out very quickly. We put in a claim for over $4800 for a stomach surgery and had a check within four days of filing the claim!

Pretty Good Pet Insurance
I was happy to change my dog's pet insurance from Healthy Paws to Nationwide. Although Nationwide is pricey, Coco's policy covers a range of items, and, in some instances, it's better than our medical insurance! The claim turnaround is excellent. I would highly recommend Nationwide for pet insurance.

Paws up!
Very pleased with service overall. However, recently there's been a problem between Chase and Comcast halting electronic payments. To date, that problem has not been resolved. That problem is causing delay in getting claims reimbursed.

Nationwide is the BEST!
I appreciate all that Nationwide has done for all my Shetland Sheepdogs. They are quick to respond in all instances. After checking others, came back to ASPCA Insurance
A few years ago ads of other pet insurance companies prompted me to check them out. I thought I had picked a good one and called ASPCA Insurance to cancel my membership. The customer service agent was understanding, friendly and offered me a better plan, since they had some improvements. In the end I stayed with ASPCA Insurance and have continued to be happy with their services.

There for you when you need them.
I was so concerned by the series of health problems my dog has had in the last year. What seemed at first like a small infection in his foot turned into a full ACL tear. I was worried that having to submit a series of claims regarding the vet visits, medications and finally the surgery would be a headache. But, PetsPlusUs have paid everything and been helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Their phone staff is smart and empathetic. It's such a relief to know that I can focus on my dog's recovery and not on the medical bills. My only suggestion for improvement would be an online sign in so I can see and download my claims history. Instead, you have to rely on e-mails or phone calls to inquire about their status.
