Excellent Customer Service
The Figo customer support team is the reason I chose to renew at my one-year mark. The first year went smoothly. Claims are processed online quickly (they have a very nice app as well) & turnaround time is super quick usually only about a couple days! The first claim might take longer because they have to contact your vet for your pet's medical history. At the one-year renewal time, this particular support rep Kelly was so responsive to my every need & answered so many questions for me via email. I was looking at other companies as potential options to switch since the premium increase was so drastic for my state, and Kelly's excellent customer service was the reason why I chose to renew with Figo insurance. Please do everything in your power to keep this person on your team (& give her a raise if possible)! Thank you so much for everything! (also) ~Kelly

Cindy Lou is doing very well after surgery. Activity is improving weekly! Almost back to normal! We did not agree with your decision on the pre-existing condition of Upper Respiratory Disease! Her Vet said it was brought on by the severe hip issue!

excellent coverage
I am extremely pleased with the pet insurance. Sophie has been sick quite a few times this year and if I didn't have the insurance it would be very costly. my claims get submitted and processes fast and when I had to call and talk to someone they have always been very pleasant. I highly recommend this company to all of my friends with four babies.

Peace of mind Insurance.
Healthy Paws was suggested at my work initially. We were not familiar with pet insurance never searched for one. We signed up and started using it. In the second year our dog needed major leg surgery that cost over $ 4.000. Having insurance made it so much easier, we were able to concentrate on the well being of our dog without stressing about the cost. They even covered hydrotherapy after surgery. There were years when we paid more in insurance premiums then what we used but there were also years where they paid us way more then we paid. A monthly premium gives us the peace of mind that we do not compromise about our dog's healthcare because of the cost. Healthy paws customer service is 5 star, they even checked with us how our dog was doing after surgery. Payments are quick and always hassle free. We did not try another insurance because we have a good experience with our current one.

Nationwide is the best Pet Insurance anyone could ever ask for.
You could not ask for Better pet insurance. Nationwide is the best out of them all. I have been nothing but satisfied. You can not go wrong with Nationwide. If you have a petagree dog more than likely you will need pet Insurance get (Nationwide is on your side)
