Trupanion is amazing!!! Having our furry babies covered by Trupanion Insurance has been a life-saver. Literally. There have been so many times in the past 3 years - with aging BIG dogs - that we've reflected on the fact that we have no idea what we would have done without Trupanion. This insurance coverage is top-notch across the board...from coverage to customer service to ease of process... Trupanion allows us to provide the best of care to our furry babies. Trupanion has always helped and covered the cost of most of my pets health issues. I have referred my sister and a friend and hear their experiences have not been as good. Preexisting conditions and time passed between visits have been the issue I think. All in all I am very satisfied with my coverage. Will keep my coverage until the end.

Trupanion was there for my puppy after only 2 weeks signing up. They paid the vet directly so I didn’t have to worry. The no annual cap was a big help!

Over the years, this company has excelled in customer service and willingness to help in claims and in requesting doctor's notes from our veterinarian clinic, including a surgical clinic.
