Great plan for Wellness but illness usually is put on Pre-existing Condition after claim pays.
I love how my pet's Wellness Visits and Trifexis is covered. However, a couple of times after a illness visit you then list it as a Pre-existing Condition and won't cover it.

Amazing claim service
My girl blew out her CCL and needed TPLO surgery. I submitted the claim the day after surgery and within a week I knew how much I would be reimbursed and received the monies a few days after that. These folks even called to see how she was doing. This whole process was fast, efficient and stress free. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance. Now I can just focus on the recovery process.
