Price hikes every year
I would give it absolutely no stars I have yet to put in a claim for my dog my dog is 13 years old very healthy and of course the insurance started at $30 a month and now it's at $160 a month for a dog with no medical needs thus far healthy Paws will increase your rates every year and as soon as the dog starts to get older it will hike up the price considerably.

A great value and must have for pet owners
Not long after I joined my dog tore his acl and needed surgery. MetLife Pet was great, they reimbursed 80% which was a huge relief as the surgery was well over $4000. They also reimbursed me when my dog injured his due claw and had to have it surgically removed. I’m very happy with MetLife Pet. They have been easy to work with and prompt with reimbursements. I’m so glad I enrolled in this insurance for my pets!!
