Insane price increases this year. They don’t even cover your pets medical needs, they will find any reason possible to deny your claims. My cats are only 5 years old and they’re being priced out. They lie to you when you sign up and say the average price increase per year is 20-30%, actually it’s much, much higher

Everyone was nice. I'm not sure how they figure out my copay but sounds like they take it out twice?? My calculations were approx. $138 back, theirs was $38. Sounds like they took 20% off then the deductible then the 20% again. Not sure but whatever ...
