Much Improved
IN the past, Nationwide was terribly slow to review and pay claims. In the last few months, that response time has greatly improved. Now claims are reviewed and reimbursed within a week. Keep it up, don't regress!

The worst
The turnaround time for a claim is 20-25 days, they don’t wait 20-25 days for their monthly payments. God forbid I had a serious emergency with my dogs health care but this is a routine care claim. I’m so disappointed with my decision to go with PetsBest, definitely shopping for a new insurance company today. My dog deserves the absolute best and PetsBest is the absolute worst

Easiest Claim Process
Our puppy recently required surgery to remove an obstruction. I contacted Healthy Paws from our vets office prior to surgery to ensure that this was covered and the customer service rep answered my questions quickly and completely in what was a high stress situation for our family. Filing a claim upon completion of the procedure couldn’t have been easier — upload your invoice and make sure they have your vet records, and the claim was processed in just a few days. This took all the financial stress out of our decision and I cannot speak highly enough about Healthy Paws. We are so thankful that we had this policy in place!
