"Thank God I have insurance" was one of the first thoughts I had when my dog had an accident
When my dog had an accident and needed to stay overnight at the hospital I had one thing less to worry about- the costs of it, cause I knew I had insurance for him. It was very easy to submit my claim and all my questions on the billing were answered fast. Easy process and peace of mind. Any pet owner should have it!

Very happy
I signed up with Pets Best 5 years ago and was very happy with you. However I was offered a Pet Insurance at a lower price from an employer and I made the mistake of making the change. I decided to return to Pets Best as I was not happy with the new company. When I returned my cost went up due to his age and pre existing conditions as now he was a new client. I was disappointed in that, but I still prefer Pets Best as the insurance company for Bailey, even though my monthly payment has increased now.

Great service
Our choc lab had surgery 3-4 months ago and it was expensive, I did not have to worry about PetsBest at all. They did what they were supposed to and contacted the vet on our behalf. All the worry was to get our baby recovered to get him healthy. We had pain meds to follow his surgery and it was a completely painless process to get reimbursed for those as well.
