Amazing claim process
Shiloh was losing weight, diarrhea, & vomiting. We took her to our vet and found out she was not retaining the nutrients in her food. We are giving her a b-12 shot, changed her food to Purina Pro Hydrolyzed food with a pancreatic powder. Claim process was very easy. She is going gaining weight and on her way to recovery. Thank you Nationwide for always being there for all 5 of our furry children.

The claim took awhile and needed lots of additional information but given the large amount that’s as expected and I am so grateful they paid for my puppies surgery, really helped given all we are going through In 2020. We have been very pleased with Nationwide!
We have had a great experience with Nationwide. Our dog had to have a small tumor removed and it was very stressful. Nationwide made submitting the claim very easy and sent me a check quickly. It definitely made a stressful time a bit easier, and thankfully Odie is ok!

Helpfu people who support Pet health
Overall am happy with insurance and its process. Is just a bit cumbersome as we were new on what and how to do until you get a handle on the process. Why not have a direct deposit for claim money back? Overall seems to be easy process in an app. thank you
