I submitted all the medical records I had for this dog. If you are not accepting medical records that I have you need to refund the money for the policy that I paid you.
This is the worse customer service experience I received in my life. Please don't use this company. They are taking money for the policy and then not paying the claims. The claims representative Brenna G is completely unprofessional. She is not even trying to help you. If the money were taken for the policy they need to pay claims or give you a refund. The company is not doing it and just steeling the money from the people. Please people don't use them.

Makes going to the vet a little less stressful

Get pet insurance; good thing for your pet and for you.
I didn’t think it was important to get insurance for my pet, my baby. I decided to get it, “just in case.” It turned out to be a great idea. My little baby needed surgery and the insurance reimbursed me some of the expenses. It was awesome to get the reimbursement check!

I am sooo thankful I signed Marty up as soon as I got him!
Marty has been insured since he was a few weeks old. His first claim was when he was 5 months old... He was attacked by another dog. Having insurance was a wonderful assurance that I would be able to see to his health needs over the years, even now, when he's a senior. Thank you, PetInsurance!
