I was a little leery at first because it took forever for my first claim to get paid but they did tell me they had a backlog. Since then they are usually paid within 10 days. Very happy with them

I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth
My only problem (& it’s not really a problem) is the length of time it takes for me to get reimbursed. That being said, when you do things on your phone you always have a problem interpreting pictures & descriptions of the services. I will definitely say I’ve gotten my money’s worth since I obtained this for my dog.

Thankful for ASPCA insurance
I am very thankful for ASPCA insurance. Our 10 month old puppy tore her ACL and MPL. She had extensive knee reconstruction surgery, then tore the internal stitches and had to have revision surgery. They covered the majority of both surgeries at 90%. The only downfall I saw was processing claims takes 2-3 weeks. I will not have another dog without insurance.

Excellent insurance
Very good insurance. My puppy got sick and had to take her in an emergency to the vet hospital to save her and was so expensive and had to pay to save her. After she came out the hospital I sent the bills to the insurance and in 5 days I got my reimburstment. They were quick and thorough. I highly recommend them.
