I love this insurance company! Hassle free and supportive are words that describe how they handle everything from invoicing to payment. Rate increase
I was happy with the two claims we submitted this last year, however I had to drop Figo as our rates DOUBLED. I can understand that rates will increase every year, but to double the rates was troubling to me. Is this a bait and switch? I am very disappointed.h

Excellent experience with HealthyPaws!
Our vet identified a large mass in our cat's (Willow) lung on an x-ray. The mass was life-threatening and would require major surgery to remove. The surgery would cost several thousand dollars and my wife and I were very concerned about how we could afford it. Fortunately we had pet insurance through HealthyPaws which significantly reduced the overall cost of the surgery and made it affordable for us! Willow is doing just fine now! The HealthyPaws claim process was incredibly easy to navigate and the processing time was less than a week. We're so thankful for HealthyPaws!

Worst experience ever
After making a claim ,I found out that because my dog was over 10 when I had to put him down . I have a 500.00 deductable. And a co pay . And cremation covered 100.00 but not covered was putting him to sleep. Makes no sense. I feel it all a scam . I thought they would be here for me in my time of need. It's All about the money.... Been paying for 11 years at average 20.00 a month around 2640.00 now have to pay more bull.

Healthy Paws is the real deal!!
Our dog, Jackson, recently required an emergency, life-saving surgery that we would not have been able to afford without insurance. Thankfully, our beloved pet was covered under Healthy Paws. When we called Healthy Paws to check on our coverage, the customer service representative was informative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He knew all of the answers to our questions, and immediately gave us the confidence that Jackson would be completely covered under our policy. Additionally, Healthy Paws paid the bills directly to the veterinary hospital, and we were only required to pay the co-pay. What a relief! Thank you, Healthy Paws, for the great product, customer service, and follow-up communication.

Very easy and painless claim processing!
I have had pet insurance in the past with other agencies and always had issues. I only decided to try ASPCA because I support what the agency does for animals and my company offers a discount (I work for a workers comp insurance company). I had to submit a claim for my dog Penny who had a bad muscle pull and was getting myself mentally prepared for a time consuming process resulting in nothing. But WOW! It was super easy filing the claim online. I was so pleasantly surprised. I later got a call asking how Penny was doing and how the claim process went. Another surprise! I greatly appreciate ASPCA and highly recommend them.
