Totally worth it
My St Bernard puppy was unfortunate to have a wide range of health issues that needed long term care. Claims and reimbursements were usually very prompt. The individual deductibles is very nice for long-term treatment.

Slow reimbursement
The claim took a surprisingly long time to be reimbursed, sadly. I usually am impressed by the speed, but this time was very uncomfortable with having spent over 7,000 on an emergency surgery and waiting over a month for the check.
