Claim Processing time is AWFUL
I've used Pets Best for two years and have until lately been very very happy with them in all regards. However, the current claim-processing time of NEARLY A MONTH is bordering on unacceptable. My dog's bills are substantial and i hold up my end of the deal by paying my (rising) premiums on time, submitting my claims as correctly as is humanly possible and never trying to be a scheister in regard to preexisting conditions or any coverage that i am not entitled to. But as the year comes to a close, i am watching my bank account dwindle as Pets Best sits on my claims for weeks. I don't know if it's an end-of-the year thing or a new management thing but i hope it gets resolved soon. I have stopped recommending Pets Best to anybody who will listen. In fact, I am not currently recommending Pets Best to anybody.

Life saver
Not sure what I would do without this insurance. My Mia was diagnosed with Cushings disease and high blood pressure. There have been so many tests. It's been a lifesaver having the insurance. It makes dealing with her illness a little more bearable. You have made it so easy to submit claims and so easy to get the reimbursement, and at a very affordable price. Thanks to all who have helped my Mia!

I have had Pets Best insurance for a number of years. Granted, having 2 dogs I have paid much more than I have received dollar wise, so far. However, it is such a comfort knowing I don't have to make any hard decisions when it comes to medical care for my dog. Pets Bests has paid everything as promised when I signed on with them. I recommend this insurance to everyone. I chose the best plan I could get and it's paying off.

Mercedes's very expensive emergency pyrometra surgery
As typical Insurance companies go, I was expecting Pet's Best to find some glitch and not pay my dog's very expensive emergency pyrometra surgery. I was pleasantly surprise that they paid out all that was owed to me.
