So happy with the service I received when my puppy Jax had a few days of being dehydrated and a gastro upset. The claims were paid quickly and the app was so easy to put the claim through! I am a satisfied customer.

The peace of mind you didn’t know you need; until you need it
Imagine walking in to your dog collapsed over, barely breathing. That’s what happened to me when i returned home to find. My dog Luke was barely breathing and unable to stand up. I rushed him to the closet animal ER and handed him over to the veterinary care team. after 5 days in the hospital in a oxygen tank he finally was able to come home. You can’t put a price on what you will pay for your beloved companion; however after i paid the ER, I filed the claim with ASPCA and was reimbursed within 5 days. I never knew how valuable having pet insurance was til i filed that claim. it’s as a said, the peace of mind i never knew i had. Thank you ASPCA for your empathetic team who called before and after to see how my dog was doing. Thank you for your timely reimbursement. And Thank you for being there to ease that financial burden during an already emotional time.

Thank Heaven for ASPCA Pet Insurance
I would be honored to recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance(ASPCAPI) to ANYONE who asks. In fact, two of our vets asked which insurance we have, once told of our coverage. Our Cane Corso Italiano needed a hip replacement. ASPCAPI Suggested we send in an estimate. We sent it in. By the time the surgery was done the estimate had been approved. After picking her up and submitting the final claim to ASPCAPI, we had our direct deposit within a week. If you have a fur-baby you need this insurance!

ASPCA’s promise
ASPCA has a $500 deductible and once you meet it- you are reimbursed 90% for ANY injury, sickness and coinciding med visit per year - other companies such as Trupanion makes you pay a $500 deductible for every NEW injury so I was consistently paying for the office visits and meds for each situation and never quite exceeding the $500 mark- thus never being reimbursed! Thank goodness ASPCA is realistic about their practices and promises to their customers!

Great pet insurance!
Unfortunately, I didn't have this insurance long as my dog passed away, however, that being said I had no issues with any of my claims and everyone was so sympathetic when he passed. I had emailed b/c I couldn't bring myself to call as I knew I would cry. They replied with condolences, left me a voicemail, and sent me a card. I had switched from a previous insurer as their rates had gone up so much, they had a per incident deductible and I was frustrated with them. I wish I had found ASPCA much sooner! I do still have the insurance for our cat and have recommended it to others.
