I'm reading all these reviews where…
I'm reading all these reviews where customers are getting their claims back in up to 48 hours. Just recently I learned my cat Tessa may have cancer. I have submitted all prior medical records and two claims and it has been over a week. I'm losing money while waiting for them to get back to me. I may have to pay more, and I can't right now because I need the money I should be getting back promptly. Every time I call I explain the situation and I'm told it can take up to two weeks. Come on, my pet is sick. This is the whole reason I went with insurance so in case she did get sick I could get covered and money back to continue. At least show some compassion and let me know what is going on. It's over 7 days, you have all the information you need and my cat is getting more sick and the bills are rising.

Automatically rejects every claim.
From the moment we signed up our two pets, Pets Best have rejected literally every single claim we filed. Usually with an "explanation of benefits" email, in other words, "oh that's not covered". On the odd occasion that something was possibly covered, the response was "symptoms already existed previously", where the "symptoms" in question were that the dog had previously in his life thrown up. We are left with the impression of the proverbial predatory insurance company whose entire business model consists of automatically rejecting every claim.

I have had very good service. I hope it continues. Every time I submit a claim I think it will be rejected for one reason or another. So far so good. They have lived up to the promises they made when I signed on with them. Keeping my fingers crossed.
