Easy process with app and fast reimbursement process
I use the app to submit claims and have no trouble submitting and getting reimbursements in a timely manner. It's been super simple. It's been a really easy process and nice to not have to worry about that aspect of things when my pet was sick.

Great Customer Service Support & Claim Management
This is my first experience with pet insurance in general and with Nationwide specifically. I found the process of getting an estimate online to enrolling online and having my pet insurance premium directly deducted from my paycheck an easy and straight forward process. Calling Customer Service for support is quick and they always follow-up with an email. Submission of my claim was also easy to do online as well as subsequent communications via email to inform me of the status of my claim. My claim was originally denied because it appeared to be a pre-existing condition, however based upon re-review and a note from my vet the claim was accepted and paid pretty quickly. I highly recommend Nationwide pet insurance.
