Awesome experience
Our dog went to the vet because we saw two teeth that were crooked that weren't like that previously and they suggested doing a cleaning, he needed it anyway and this way they could also do an X-ray on the teeth to make sure they didn't need to be pulled. I realized I didn't have the higher wellness plan and called about 5 days before the procedure and upgraded the wellness plan. Once the procedure was finished I submitted the claim and within maybe 10 days it was reimbursed to us. My experience with the customer service representative on the phone was super knowledgeable and very helpful. It was an awesome overall experience.

As my cat aged he did have some medical problems and pets best reimbursed me quickly! When I needed to talk to a representative either by phone or email, they were so easy to contact . Each person was so kind and friendly! I'm am so grateful for your insurance! You made a difficult situation easier do to the fact that I didn't have to worry about the cost end of it.
