Seriously
I ensure 6 dogs. Until just recently I've been pleased. But now I can only say--- 35 percent increase. Seriously!!!! Starts low,goes high. Way to ruin a day! Still better than some,but u won't stay that way doing that.

No acknowledgement or response to my claim
I uploaded my first claim for one of my 2 dogs after joining the Pets Best insurance. It was one week ago and I have not received any emails acknowledging a receipt of my claim. I had a different pet insurance for my dogs and the company always sent me an acknowledgment for my claim by email. I am disappointed with Pets Best so far.

Straight forward and easy to use
I have been very satisfied with my coverage, but recently called to check on a reimbursement that I had not received yet. I was told that it can't be checked on until 21 days. Am nervous if the check got lost; it was a large amount.

Just want to say GREAT JOB to Nationwide Staff and Customer Service as they are extremely fast in processing claims. When I do have to call, every agent is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to any pet owner!

Great Service and Reimbursement
Customer service was great. I loved how when I called, they knew my phone and asked if I was calling about Cookie right on the first automated call! It was very easy to submit a claim and the check came even sooner than expected. What a lovely surprise. Give customer service a 10 and Ease of claim is also a 10.

First experience was a great one!
This is my first experience with pet insurance. My employer added this as an employee benefit and I wasn't sure of the value. After Karma has this incident and a recent CCL injury it appears the timing couldn't have been better. Luckily my Greyhoound has not had any claims and remains healthy.
