Surprisingly easy and efficient.
Super easy process with great results. I spoke with customer service the first time to walk me though the process and they were kind, professional and efficient. I recieved reimbursement from my claim in a timely manner. And they even sent my Hershey a get well soon card that was hand signed by many agents! So thoughtful @

Customer Service Very Helpful and Caring
We have been with Nationwide since they took over VIP Dog Insurance (which we were with for our previous dogs). I would recommend pet insurance to anyone...regardless of the pets age. Stuff happens and it truly helps you make better decisions. The only thing I wish they could change is security code to get in. As we were back when it was VIP Pet Insurance and I don't remember my code...20+ years ago. I cannot check online as I don't know the code. I wish they could just eliminate my previous code and I could set up a new one...not happened for over 1 year. Apparently they can't and I would always have to call in if I want to know something. Somewhat frustrating, but otherwise good. Sherri

Service Dog Emergency
My son was away at college when his service dog got sick. He had to take the dog to the local emergency vet clinic twice. We filed the claim and received all of the expense was returned except the co-pay within a few weeks of filing the claim. My son loves the fact that he can file his claim on the app while he is checking out at the vet office. This helps with him not forgetting to log on to his account when he is back in his dorm room.
