Our most recent claims were processed in record time -- from the easy online submission process to the confirmation that our claim was received and our payment, it was all managed within two weeks -- much sooner than the expected 30 days, which was fantastic! QUICK CLAIM PROCESSED
Nationwide was great at processing my dog's claim. He got ill and I needed to rush him to the emergency pet hosiptal in my area, as I could not get through to my vet. Having a sick pet is stressful but then having to pay off a high vet bill adds to it. I submitted my claim as soon as possible and received a check for the full amount quickly. WHAT A RELIEF!!!

Second review process is very dificult
My very first claim had two charges that required 'additional information' - I submitted the details asked for, it has now been over 30 days and I have zero response on the additional payout that is warranted.

much easier than anticipated
I have never had pet insurance before with other pets. I am so thankful that this has been a positive experience. Emmett recently had to have surgery and we have not had any issues with getting claims paid quickly. I guess I was expecting it to be a hassle and it was definitely not. I have recommended Nationwide to all of my friends with pets. I am so pleased with the service.
