Reduces my stress
Sammy is a great dog but he is having allergy issues and vet is treating until he is 2 yrs old and can then be tested. I am thankful for Best being a good support to us and reducing the stress and worry of how do we pay for our Sammy's care.

Claim was covered
I was a little confused about how to claim the tooth extractions, then you said my vet wasn't responding to your requests for more info. My vet said they had faxed the requested reports and faxed them again which you then processed. Not sure what happened, but I am happy that the majority of the claim was covered.
