I’ve had Nationwide pet insurance for several years now. I am extremely satisfied with their service, support, response time and claims processing. While no one likes to pay for insurance, we all know it can be necessary. I feel there is a very good value proposition with Nationwide and satisfied with the return on my investment. I would definitely recommend.

So glad I signed up for this!
I don't usually leave feedback when reviewing but I really want to share how positive my experience has been with this company. First off, it's cheap when you compare what an emergency would cost if something happened. Even without an emergency, one trip to the vet usually takes care of the deductible, so everything after that is covered with a 90% reimbursement! 90% is amazing. That's almost all of it. I don't hesitate when Bella needs to get checked for something, and before I would put it off as long as possible because of the cost (we just couldn't afford it)... knowing we will be reimbursed makes it so much easier. Her skin is being treated the right way now. Without insurance, we would still be treating based on cost instead of quality. There is also an app called VitusVet where you can submit claims electronically, which decreases the reimbursement time tremendously. We get reimbursed within a week using the app. Love this company!

Reassuring to know Nationwide has our dogs backs (and fronts and sides)
I’m not one to take our dogs Otis and Kaspar to the Vet for every little minor mishap or illness, so when I do, it’s reassuring to know they’ll get the special care they need without breaking the bank. Easy to claim, easy to receive, and every customer service experience I have had in our 8 years with Nationwide warrants a rating of “10.”
