Love the pet insurance, just wish I could put my claim in online.
I love the pet insurance we have through Nationwide. I get paid quickly, and the payment process is super easy. I only wish that the claim process was easier. Instead of having to fill out a document, and email it, I would love to see an online form that I can fill out, attach my receipts, and hit submit. That would be wonderful.

This was my first claim after 5 1/2 years with Trupanion. I had no idea what to expect so I was delightfully surprised to find out how easy it was to file a claim. Even more impressive was the fast response, the cordial tone and the quick reimbursement. Outstanding is the best adjective for my experience.
