Your insurance is great! I recommend it to everyone I see with a dog or cat. My three Maltese see the Vet often and I always know that I can take them in and have whatever they need done. Your staff is always friendly and helpful.

Tai too is doing much better on the pills for dermatitis. Your prompt refund checks are greatly appreciated since the meds are soooo expensive I’m so grateful that this insurance is so great. I’ve had it since I had my other cat for 6 years and he passed 7 years ago and then we adopted my 2boys after that We really are so happy with your company

Exorbitant premiums
After almost two decades of policies, I may have cancel next year for my older dogs. The premiums are excessive, and I would probably do better by keepimg my money in the bank. It's a no win situation.
